Welcome to Hamlin Estates Limited, developers, land promoters and financiers.

Established in 1982 by Nicholas Parkin, Hamlin Estates has been operating for over 30 years.

We have been involved with every type of development including residential, single homes to large housing developments; care homes, sheltered housing, hotels, commercial and retail.

About Us

We work on our own, but we are also willing and open to the idea of entering into partnership with landowners or other developers.

Currently we are working with ten landowners to promote strategic development opportunities throughout England.

These opportunities utilise our extensive experience to secure residential consents at no cost and minimal risk to the landowner.

We are equally happy to enter into an Option agreement or, what is becoming more popular, a promotion agreement.

Currently we are engaged with developments in Clophill, Rugby, Elstree, Virginia Water, Kineton, Nuneaton, Kings Norton, Grendon Underwood, High Halden and Fenny Compton.

We expect to start work shortly on one more site in Kent, two in Warwickshire and another in Buckinghamshire.

Our Work

Having sold 14 acres of our 45 acre site in Yateley to Anchor Trust for a retirement village we have now sold the balance of the land for a leisure development.

We currently have nine sites going through the planning process a total area in excess of 67 acres.

We are also available to assist with finance for your next development be it a single dwelling or a multi-million pound mixed use development.

We are looking to promote land throughout England but primarily in the West Midlands and south of England. We are able to actively promote sites of between 0.5 and 150 acres in all good locations and engage at local level in order to identify community needs and factor these into our developments proposals.

With our experience, we take the financial responsibility for all the planning consultants including landscape, environmental, archaeological and highways so that our proposals meet with a positive result.
